## Triggers
User wants recent papers on a topic or a weekly digest.

## Workflow
1. Collect candidate papers with title, abstract, date.
2. Score novelty 1-5 against the stated interests.
3. Rank and keep the top 10; drop incremental work with a reason.
4. Emit title, link, one-line significance each.

## Guardrails
- Never fabricate paper links.
- Distinguish preprint from peer-reviewed.
